Why Therapy Rocks - Mental Health Awareness Month
May 10, 2014Here's why I think therapy rocks! I love that therapy does NOT have to fit in a traditional box. There are therapists who use fitness, meditation, art, music, animals, nature and physical challenges to help people create change in their lives. Therapy does not have to mean sitting on a couch and talking for an hour. If that's not for you, try out another option.
